Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of KT Bradley CPA LLC DBA KT Everyday tax and business advising (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

We provide professional accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and business consulting services. The specific services provided will be outlined in your engagement letter or service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

• Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation

• Review and approve all work product before submission to authorities

• Pay fees according to the agreed-upon payment terms

• Maintain the confidentiality of your portal access credentials

Fees and Payment

Service fees will be communicated before work begins and may be based on hourly rates, fixed fees, or monthly retainers. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards, including:

• American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) Code of Professional Conduct

• IRS Circular 230 regulations

• State board of accountancy rules and regulations

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate the professional relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of fees for services rendered through the termination date. We will provide your records upon request.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our professional relationship will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified to you via email. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 832-303-7045 After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive about 20 msgs per week. If you have any questions about your text plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
